Suffering is Not Ok!
Have you ever experienced pain against your will?
Of course, and you’re not alone. You already know that.
You may relate to what’s expressed here. Feel free to share your own experience and perspective. Honesty has value, and reflection can lead to understanding. Perhaps there’s meaning in how you feel—something to learn, not something to hide.
What would you say and do to a god if you could?
I think you’ll agree that this world demands accountability and change.
Many feel a deep sense of imbalance—debts left unpaid, justice unanswered.
Some question whether a higher power exists at all, or whether justice truly governs the universe. Others still choose to explore that possibility, openly and thoughtfully.
Beliefs differ. Some turn away from prayer; others seek meaning elsewhere.
There may be no heaven or hell—only this ongoing existence, where energy endures and transforms.
Here are some videos I listened to while creating this. You may find them meaningful too.
The universe has been suffering long enough.
It often feels like suffering exists without consent. None of us remembers choosing this life, and most people would agree that pain is never something we seek or enjoy. That’s why ideas like heaven resonate so deeply—they promise relief from suffering.
There is no single “right” way to live. Still, pain raises an important question: where does meaning come from when joy and grief coexist? Love, pleasure, and beauty matter—but loss is often part of that experience.
Belief systems vary widely. Some people find comfort in spirituality, others question it entirely. Many traditions speak of a life force or source of energy, understood symbolically as awareness, connection, or consciousness.
If there is a source behind existence—whatever form one believes it may take—then responsibility, meaning, and justice are questions worth examining carefully and thoughtfully.
If there is a source behind existence,
and that source is responsible for suffering,
then it is worth questioning, understanding, and holding accountable.
Give 'em hell.
The source energy may simply be part of this world’s design—without a clear beginning or end.
But that’s beside the point—pun intended.
